Is it worth investing in stock support when money feels tight?
Absolutely. I know it can feel daunting to invest in support when the balance in your bank account is less than ideal, but this is often the perfect time when stock and profit guidance makes the biggest impact.
In my previous life, I was a merchandiser for big retail brands. Merchandising is all about having the right products, in the right place, at the right time. It’s something many small businesses overlook, misunderstand, or haven’t even heard of, but it’s one of the most powerful ways to be in control of your business.

I don’t like video calls. Can we work another way?
No problem! We can stick to email and I can send you a recorded video walkthrough of my findings instead to watch back in your own time.
Does it matter which ePOS or eCommerce platform I use?
Ideally, you’re on Shopify (personally, I think their reporting is the best and I know my way around), but if you’re using another platform, let’s chat as I may still be able to help.
Can you help if my sales and stock data is messy?
Don’t worry, I’ve seen it all (and often much worse, even in big businesses!) I’m not here to judge.
As a small business owner myself, I know the juggle and let’s be honest, keeping your data perfectly tidy probably hasn’t been top of your to-do list. That’s totally normal.
